Theresa Vanore, 86, of Newark, Del., formerly of Avon-dale, died peacefully on Friday, Jan. 25, at the Pocopson Home, Pocopson Township.She was the wife of the late John D. Vanore, who passed away in 1986 and with whom she shared 46 years of marriage.
Born in Avondale, she was the daughter of the late Carlo and Margaret Bove Daddezio.
She was a supervisor at Hockessin Foods, Hockessin, Del., retiring in 1995 after 40 years of service.
She is survived by three daughters, Carol Vanore Stroud of Newark, Del., Pauletta Pennington wife of Max Sr. of Avondale and Margaret Vanore of Wilmington; three sisters, Christine Peters of Kennett Square, Julia Saienni of Wilmington and Helen Gallo of Wilmington; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Paccino “Bud” Daddezio and Carlo Daddezio Jr.
